Our approach is relaxed and friendly, giving you space to enjoy your day whilst we document it all quietly from the sidelines. I’m all about capturing the little, in-between moments that you might not even notice on the day in the whirlwind of all the fun. I shoot in a documentary style, which means I won’t ask you to pose awkwardly or repeat anything. Instead, I let your day unfold naturally and simply capture it as it happens. My aim is to always bring a calm, friendly vibe to your big day – I’ll be your right hand gal! When I’m not shooting or editing, you’ll find me on the tennis court, at spin class or deep in a Grey’s Anatomy marathon.

Your wedding film should take you right back to how it felt on your big day. That’s my goal. I create cinematic wedding films that tell the story of your day in a way that feels genuine and personal to you. No staged moments just genuine emotion, clean sound and a film you’ll want to watch on repeat.I love working in Suffolk, it’s such a stunning part of the country, whether I’m in familiar spots or discovering somewhere new. When I’m not filming, I’m usually playing football, hitting up the gym o cooking up a new recipe.

BEFORE
When you book First Look as your Suffolk wedding photographer, you can look forward to a personalised experience that is centred around your story.
- Lets check dates: If our schedules tie up, we’ll be one step closer to making your vision a reality!
- If you’re ready to say yes: Reach out and we’ll send over the online booking form along with a few questions to help us get to know you both a bit better. The first stage is complete, hooray! That’s one big tick off the to do list.
- Pre wedding chat: Lets have chat, either over coffee/a glass of vino or via video call, whatever’s easiest. This way we can dive a bit deeper into getting to know one another and what you’re looking for.
THE BIG DAY
We’re thrilled to be part of your big day! From the early morning preparations with your bridal team to your first dance and beyond, we’ll be there to capture it all. Our offerings are simple, with two package options: 12 hour or 8 hour coverage of your wedding day.
We’ll blend seamlessly into your celebration, capturing every big, small, and in-between moment. From heartfelt details to candid moments, we’ll document your day with care so you can fully soak up the joy, atmosphere and have the best time ever!
AFTER
We know how excited you’ll be to relive the day, so keep an eye on your inbox. A few sneak peeks will be coming your way just a couple of days after the wedding! You’ll then receive your wedding gallery and film within 4-8 weeks after your big day. We always try our best to get this to you sooner if the editing schedule allows.
We carefully select and edit each photo and clip to ensure you receive a beautiful collection that captures the heart and soul of your wedding.
You’ll receive between 400-800 edited photos, a highlight film of 2-6 minutes and a 15-30 minute extended video plus the ceremony and speeches. Feel free to share these with your loved ones and relive the day for evermore.

How far in advance should we book you as our Suffolk wedding photographer and videographer team?
As soon as you’ve set your date, it’s worth reaching out. Summer and bank holiday weekends tend to go quickly, especially in the beautiful countryside of Suffolk.
What’s your photography and videography style?
We keep things candid and relaxed. Our style is documentary led, which means we capture real moments as they happen. Nothing too staged or forced, just honest storytelling.
Do you travel outside of Suffolk for weddings?
We’re more than willing to travel throughout the UK and abroad to capture your wedding day. Suffolk and its surrounding areas are one that we know very well, but give us a new adventured we’ll be there! (travel costs may apply).
How many photos and videos can we expect from our wedding?
The number of photos and videos vary depending on the package you choose and the length of your wedding day but on average, you’ll receive a personal gallery of between 400-800 edited images. For video you can expect a highlight film of 2-6 minutes and a 15-30 minute extended video plus the ceremony and speeches.
How long does it take to receive our wedding photos and videos?
We know you’ll be dying to see your photos and videos! You can expect these to be delivered in around 4-8 weeks although we do aim to get these to you sooner depending on the editing pile. Sneak photo previews will land in your inbox a couple days after your wedding, so you can share a few highlights with your loved ones whilst you wait for your full gallery.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Absolutely! These sessions are a great way to help you feel more relaxed in front of the camera before the big day. If time allows, you could always make a day of it and explore the area whilst getting some lovely photos of you and your partner (feel free to bring a plus one whether that be a tiny human or a pup). It also gives us a chance to get to know one another better so that you feel even more at ease on your wedding day. Plus, you can always print these out to have as part of your wedding stationary.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Come rain or shine. We’ve seen it all when it comes to the ever unpredictable British weather! It won’t stop us from capturing everything we set out to.
How do we book you?
Booking is easy. Head over to the contact page, fill in a few quick details and we can set up a time to chat about your wedding plans! To secure your date, a deposit is required. After that you can relax knowing your photography is in trusted hands.
Do you edit the photos and videos yourself or outsource them?
Alana edits her photos whilst Patrick edits his videos. It’s such a personal part of the process and we prefer to put our finishing touches on the final pieces. After spending so much time with you on your wedding day, we develop a real sense of you as a couple and the vibe you’re looking to capture in your gallery and film.
