We’re Alana and Patrick a couple in life and partners behind the lens capturing weddings together through timeless images and emotional films. Based in Suffolk, we’ve worked at a vast array of venues from barns to stately homes, gardens and coastal hideaways across the county and further a field. Our approach is laid-back and natural, allowing you to be fully present whilst we quietly document your day as it unfolds.

Hey, I’m Alana! If being in front of the camera feels a little daunting, don’t worry I’ve got you. I’ll help you feel at ease and gently direct when needed, so your photos feel natural and timeless. Amid all the excitement, it’s the quiet, in-between moments that often go unnoticed and those are the ones I love capturing most. Instead, I let your day unfold naturally and capture events as they happen, allowing you to soak up those special moments.
When I’m not shooting or editing, you’ll find me on the tennis court, at spin class, or deep in a Grey’s Anatomy marathon.

Hi, I’m Patrick, but most people call me Pat! Your wedding film should take you right back to how it felt on your big day. That’s my goal. I focus on capturing your day in a modern, cinematic style that captures the love you share. I’ll highlight the unforgettable moments and create a film that feels special and personal to your story so you can relive your wedding day for years to come.
When I’m not capturing weddings, you’ll usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, on a run in the middle of nowhere or playing football with a local group I organise.

Our style is natural, candid and timeless. We work together seamlessly, always aiming to be discreet, allowing the story of your day to unfold without interruption. As a couple, we know exactly how each other works, which means we can anticipate each other’s moves, communicate without words, and flow through the day as one team. We create space for you to be yourselves and document your love and authentic moments with genuine care.

BEFORE
When you book First Look as your wedding photographer & videographer, you can look forward to a personalised experience that is centred around you.
- Lets check dates: If our schedules align, we’ll be one step closer to making your vision a reality!
- Get to know eachother: Lets have a chat, either over coffee/a glass of vino or via video call, whatever’s easiest. This way we can dive a bit deeper into getting to know one another and what you’re looking for.
- If you’re ready to say yes: We’ll send over the next steps to secure your date in our diary. Hooray! Stage one is all wrapped up. Time to check it off the list.
THE BIG DAY
We’re so excited to be a part of your big day! From the early morning preparations with your bridal team to your first dance and beyond, we’ll be there to capture it all. Our offerings are simple, with two package options: our 12-hour package covers the full day from start to finish, while the 8-hour package is a little more tailored, you choose when the coverage starts, so it suits your timeline perfectly.
We’ll quietly fit into the flow of your day, capturing all the big highlights, quiet in-between moments and everything that makes it uniquely yours. From unforgettable details to candid memories, we’ll document your day with care, allowing you to soak up the joy and atmosphere.
AFTER
We totally understand how eager you are to see your photos and videos, so you can look forward to a selection of sneak peeks in your inbox a couple of days after your wedding. You’ll then receive your wedding gallery and film within 4-8 weeks after your big day, although we always strive to get them to you sooner depending on our edit queue.
We carefully select and edit each photo and clip to ensure you receive an extensive collection that beautifully captures the essence of your wedding.
You’ll receive between 400-800 edited photos, a highlight film of 2-6 minutes and a 15-30 minute extended video plus the ceremony and speeches. Feel free to share these with your loved ones and be transported back to your day time and time again.

How far in advance should we book you as our wedding photographer and videographer team?
As soon as you’ve set your date, it’s worth reaching out. Summer and bank holiday weekends tend to book up quickly.
What’s your photography and videography style?
We keep things candid and relaxed. Our style is natural and documentary led, which means we capture real moments as they happen. Nothing too staged just honest storytelling of your day.
Do you travel outside of Suffolk & Norfolk for weddings?
We’re more than happy to travel throughout the UK and abroad to capture your wedding day. We do love a new adventure so count us in! (travel costs may apply).
How many photos and videos will we receive from our wedding?
Depending on the package you choose, on average you’ll receive between 400-800 edited photos, a highlight film of 2-6 minutes and a 15-30 minute extended video plus the ceremony and speeches.
How long will it take to receive our wedding photos and videos?

Do you offer engagement shoots?
Absolutely! These sessions are a great way to help you feel more relaxed in front of the camera before the big day. If time allows, you could always make a day of it and explore the area whilst getting some lovely photos of you and your partner (feel free to bring a plus one whether that be a tiny human or a pup). This also gives us a chance to get to know each other better so you’ll feel even more at ease on your wedding day. Bonus tip – you can always print these out to have as part of your wedding stationary.
What happens if the weather is bad on our big day?
Come rain or shine, we’ve seen it all when it comes to the famously unpredictable British weather, but it never gets in the way. Whatever the forecast, we’ll be there capturing everything just as planned.
How do we book you?
Booking is simple. Head over to the contact page, fill in a few quick details and we can set up a time to chat about your wedding plans! A deposit is required to secure your date. After that, you can relax knowing your photography is in safe hands.
Do you edit the photos and videos personally?
We take care of all the editing ourselves because it’s such an important and personal part of the process. It allows us to stay true to our style and make sure every photo and film feels just right. After spending so much time with you on your wedding day, we develop a real sense of who you are as a couple and the vibe you’re looking to capture in your gallery and film.
