From quiet morning preparations to fireworks over the gardens, Heavenli & Sam’s day had everything we love about a Hengrave wedding. Here is the whole story, just as it unfolded.
“We genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better duo to capture our wedding day. They were incredibly professional whilst remaining so personable, capturing every moment so naturally that we barely even knew they were there.
Our favourite suppliers of the whole day, and the ones we can recommend without hesitation.”
Heavenli & Sam, a love story told in light, laughter and a few unstoppable tears. The whole day, in motion. Just press play.
The calm before it all begins, Heavenli in the bridal suite, Sam and the boys getting ready close by, in the grand Tudor rooms where the anticipation builds.
Vows in Hengrave’s breathtaking Long Gallery, a light-filled Tudor room and one of the most beautiful ceremony spaces in Suffolk.
Out into the gardens behind the Hall — glasses charged, lawns full of laughter, the Tudor walls glowing in the afternoon light. The day’s first proper exhale, and where the best candids hide.
Everyone took their seats, the room buzzing around the round tables — glasses full, plates piled high. Then came the speeches: the laughter, the lump-in-throat moments, the toasts you’ll replay for years.
A few quiet minutes, just the two of you, the Tudor facade out front, then the soft light of the gardens. No posing, just the calm in the middle of the day where the most romantic frames happen.
Lights low, dancefloor full, shoes long gone. The first dance, then everyone piling in the loud, joyful, unguarded heart of the night.
The night at its fullest, everyone out on the lawns, and the sky above Hengrave ablaze — the Tudor house silhouetted against the bursts. A spectacular final frame
“They captured our day exactly as it felt, not just how it looked”
